X-MEN ORIGINS : WOLVERINE

Starring : Hugh Jackman, Ryan Reynolds, Liev Schreiber

X-Men Origins : Wolverine, tells the story of Wolverine's epically violent and romantic past, his complex relationship with Victor Creed, and the omnious Weapon X program. Along the way, Wolverine encounters many Mutants, both familiar and new, including surprise appearances by several legends of the X-Men universe.

The Cast
Jackman is Wolverine. He knows this character now inside and out, and even though it's his fourth time as the lethal yet humane mutant, his performance doesn't feel any less fresh than it did in the original X-Men. Stepping back in time to fill in Wolverine's backstory, Jackman's called upon to perform even more aggressive, heart-pounding action scenes in Wolverine than in previous editions. And although it's been nearly a dozen years since the first X-Men, Jackman hasn't slowed down one bit. He looks like he's in better shape now than back in 2000, and he handles all the physical demands of the role perfectly.

Liev Schreiber isn't known for action films but he's terrific and terrifying as the vicious Sabretooth. Danny Huston is convincingly menacing as Stryker. Ryan Reynolds as Wade Wilson (the wise-cracking expert swordsman who enjoys his job as a mercenary), Taylor Kitsch as Gambit (a card playing mutant from New Orleans who can explode items), Kevin Durand as The Blob (a disgustingly obese indestructible mutant), Lynn Collins as Kayla (Wolverine's seemingly sweet and innocent love interest), and will.i.am as John Wraith (a mutant with the ability to teleport) all put in appearances - some far too briefly - and add a little flair to the film with their performances.

Sehat dan Bugar dengan Bersepeda

Sehat? Siapa sih yang gak mau sehat. Sehat itu penting banget. Kalau anda banyak duit tapi badan sakit-sakitan, tetep aja anda gak bisa menikmati duit anda itu khan? Banyak cara yang bisa kita lakukan untuk menjaga kesehatan kita. Tapi sebenernya simple aja kok. Pak dokter bilang, kalo mau sehat anda harus : Makan minum yang cukup, Istirahat yang cukup, dan Olahraga. Nah untuk poin yang terakhir itu, saya sering dengar temen-temen saya bilang kalo mereka gak punya waktu buat olahraga. Wah, sampe segitu sibuknya ya? Sebenernya ada gak sih olahraga yang mudah murah dan gak makan banyak waktu sekaligus fun? Kali ini saya mau menulis tentang salah satu olahraga favorit saya, Bersepeda.

Selain jalan kaki dan jogging, bersepeda bisa dijadikan salah satu alternatif olahraga yang murah meriah. Selain murah dan mudah, bersepeda ternyata banyak manfaatnya.

1. Bersepeda sangat efektif membakar kalori, sehingga membantu anda untuk mendapatkan berat badan yang ideal. Berapa banyak jumlah kalori, tergantung dari berapa lama dan berat anda bersepeda. Seorang Instruktur Olahraga mengatakan "Jika gaya anda tergolong santai, bersepeda 45 hingga 60 menit sudah bisa membakar sekitar 300 hingga 350 kalori" Kalo lebih semangat lagi, satu jam bisa lho membakar 500 hingga 750 kalori. Hebat khan?

2. Memperbaiki peredaran darah dan metabolisme. Dengan rutin bergerak, peredaran darah pun menjadi lebih lancar dan metabolisme menjadi lebih baik. Keringat yang anda keluarkan pun membuang aneka toksin dari tubuh.

3. Melatih jantung dan paru-paru. Bersepeda juga termasuk olahraga kardio. Artinya anda bisa melatih jantung dan paru-paru agar bisa bekerja optimal dan dapat mencegah penyakit yang berkaitan dengan sistem kardiovaskuler.

4. Melatih banyak otot. Bersepeda membuat otot paha depan dan belakang terlatih. Juga menguatkan persendian lutut dan tulang-tulang kita.

5. Meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh (endurance). Dengan olahraga ini tubuh anda akan jadi lebih kuat, flexible dan fit. Jadinya gak mudah sakit.

Tuh, banyak manfaatnya khan? belom lagi kalo pas hari minggu bersepeda di alun alun, wah bisa sekalian cuci mata, bro. Banyak cewe-cewe sehat nan cakep yang berkeliaran. Siapa tau bisa dapet temen baru, ya nggak?

So, tunggu apa lagi, Jangan mantengin PC aja, nyari dollar emang penting, tapi jangan lupa olahraga. Oke? Mari bersepeda !!
